Refund & Return Policy
1. General Principles
This policy explains the conditions under which refunds and returns are accepted. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
2. Refunds Before Shipment
- Refund requests may be made any time before the order has been shipped.
- Once approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method through Stripe.
- Requests may be rejected or cancelled only in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
3. Refunds After Shipment
Refunds are no longer available once an order has been shipped.
4. Returns After Delivery (30 Days)
- Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- Requests must include photos and the reason for return, sent by email.
- If approved, a return shipping label will be provided.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
5. Refund Amounts
Once inspected, a partial refund may be issued. Deductions may apply for shipping, transaction fees, damages not caused by us, or missing items.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, used, or damaged products.
- Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items.
