1. Coverage

We ship to Canada and the United States. All prices and payments are in USD. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by destination. Most shipments arrive within 2–7 business days, but delays may occur due to courier capacity, customs clearance (U.S.), or weather conditions.

4. Fees

• Free shipping is available on eligible Canadian orders with a subtotal of $250 or more, and on U.S. orders of $500 or more.
• Below those thresholds, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your province or state.
• Shipping charges are separate from import duties. For U.S. orders, any customs duties or import taxes are payable by the recipient (see Section 6).
• We ship via Canada Post (or an equivalent carrier) with tracking when available.

5. Damages

Please report damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We are not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.

6. Customs & Duties (U.S.)

U.S. shipments are sent DAP (Delivered at Place). Shipping costs are covered as quoted at checkout, but any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by U.S. authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.

These charges are determined by U.S. customs based on the declared value and classification of the goods, and are not known to us at the time of sale. Delivery timelines may also vary due to customs clearance.
