1. Coverage

We currently ship only within Canada. All prices and payments are in CAD.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery takes 2–7 business days depending on province. Delays may occur due to courier or weather.

4. Fees

• Orders with a subtotal of $100 CAD or more ship free within Canada.
• For orders under $100 CAD, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your province.
• We ship via Canada Post with tracking when available.

5. Damages

Customers must report damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery, including photos. We are not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.
