1. Coverage

We ship to Canada and the United States. All prices and payments are in CAD. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by destination. Most shipments arrive within 2–7 business days, but delays may occur due to courier capacity, customs (U.S.), or weather conditions.

4. Fees

• Free shipping is available on eligible Canadian orders with a subtotal of $100 CAD or more.
• For Canadian orders under $100 CAD, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your province.
• U.S. orders do not include free shipping — rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
• We ship via Canada Post (or an equivalent carrier) with tracking when available.

5. Damages

Please report damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery and include photos. We are not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.

6. Customs & Duties (U.S.)

U.S. shipments may be subject to customs processing, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges are determined by the destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery timelines may also vary due to customs clearance.
